GigaHouse is a super insulated steel panelized building system with residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Our goal is to house one million homeowners with safe and affordable homes. GigaCrete is an emerging market leader in the quest to innovate more durable and higher-performance construction products for builders, architects, and contractors. GigaPanels extreme performance 'green' building steel panel homes truly push the building envelope on performance and sustainability. GigaCrete™ EPS panels utilize our patented structural steel stud connection system. The structure is considered a "steel framed" building system with "rigid EPS insulation between studs" and is signed off by a local registered structural engineer and does not require ICC approvals,(is IBC approved as it is considered a steel framed building). GigaPanels are made from EPS foam in various thicknesses with high R-values.

PanelSystem is designed for the fastest possible means to build a structure that is capable of high performance far beyond conventional construction. The roof system is engineered for 200 mph winds, the walls are R30 minimum, assembly requires a few hand tools with as few as two people.
